Thank you for choosing Pietschy Photography. Each piece I create is printed just for you using museum-quality materials and eco-conscious methods. My goal is for your art to feel meaningful, inspiring, and deeply personal. But if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
Your Right to Cancel an Order (EU Customers)
If you're shopping from within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. However, this right does not apply to products that are made to order.
At Pietschy Photography, all prints and wall calendars are printed on demand specifically for each customer. This makes them customized items, which are exempt from the standard EU withdrawal rights.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each order is custom-made, the following items cannot be returned:

Any product made to order or produced to your specifications
We kindly ask that you review your selections carefully before placing an order. If you're unsure about a size, paper type, or need a recommendation, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
I take great care in both the production and packaging of every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production flaw, you are entitled to a free replacement.

Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage to packaging, print imperfections, printing errors)
Once reviewed, I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Replacements are offered only for damaged or defective items and must be reported within the 7-day window.
Sustainability Note
Every item is printed just for you. This made-on-demand approach reduces waste and avoids unnecessary overproduction. Returns generate additional carbon emissions and material use, so I encourage mindful purchases whenever possible. If you have any questions before ordering, I’m always happy to help.
Returning Goods (If Approved)
If a return is approved (e.g. in the case of a damaged item), you’ll be asked to return the product in its original protective packaging to the following address:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and risk of loss. I recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item in good condition. No additional fees will be charged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved. If the gift was sent to the buyer first and later given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
