Speaking up

It's common for some to constantly crave attention and validation from others to the point where they will do whatever it takes to be in the spotlight. This can make it challenging for those around them to establish their own sense of identity.

However, despite how challenging it can be for everyone else trying to find their footing amidst such behavior, there is still hope: It's essential to recognize that those who always seek attention can only do so because we enable them and allow them space.

It's essential to keep in mind that volume doesn't equate to authority. Don't allow those who are louder than others to drown out other voices and ideas, as they don't hold any more weight simply because of their decibel level. Stand up and ensure everyone is heard regardless of the background noise.
